The Symposium on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage was officially opened by Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Minister of Health Uganda. She represented the Right Honourable Prime Minister, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda. She pointed out that increasing financing for health is a government priority for the next budget cycle.
